Xolo Q700S with Android 4.2, 8-megapixel camera available online at Rs. 9,499:-

A new Xolo smartphone is now available in India, part of the company's Q Core series, the Xolo Q700S, listed at an online retailer at a price of Rs. 9,499. The smartphone has not yet been officially announced by Xolo.

 

The Xolo Q700S smartphone offers dual-SIM (GSM-GSM) support, and runs on the Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS version. The budget Android smartphone features a 4.4-inch IPS display with a 480x854 pixel resolution. A quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor powers the device, clocked at 1.3GHz with a PowerVR SGX544MP GPU and 1GB of RAM.

 

The smartphone features an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera for video calling. The Xolo Q700S handset comes with a 4GB in-built storage, and can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.

 

The Xolo Q700S supports 3G connectivity (HSDPA: 21Mbps, HSUPA: 11Mbps) with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, Micro-USB, and GPS. It is powered by an 1800mAh battery, and is available in two colour variants - Silver and Golden.

 

Last month, Xolo launched its Q3000 dual-SIM smartphone for Rs. 20,999 which runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It comes with a 5.7-inch (1080x1920 pixels) full-HD IPS display, translating to a pixel density of 386ppi. It is powered by a quad-core 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6589T processor that is coupled with 2GB of RAM.

 

The firm also released its LT900 smartphone which is 4G-enabled and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. Xolo LT900 is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 processor with Adreno 225 GPU (clocked at 384 MHz), which are coupled with 1GB of RAM. It features a 4.3-inch HD (720x1280) IPS display with One Glass Solution (OGS) and boasts of Corning Glass protection
